I am passionate about encouraging others to live healthier, more fulfilling lives through education, compassion, and community connection. I enjoy promoting wellness, sharing practical health insights, and creating welcoming environments where people feel supported and valued.
I am certified as a Death Doula and have completed coursework in Financial Accounting. Whether supporting individuals through life transitions or continuing to expand my knowledge, I believe growth begins with a willingness to learn.
In my free time, I enjoy researching, learning, and expanding my understanding of health, wellness, and personal development. I strive to live by my favorite quote: “Be in control of you, or someone else will.”
